Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders paid for after 12pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on the next business weekday

Click & Collect Same working day on orders before 12pm

Free - Collect from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. - Photographic ID (passport or drivers license) and proof of order confirmation -Must be collected within 7 working days of order

 

UK Standard 1 to 2 business days	£10* up to £1000 + £2.50 per additional £250
Northern Ireland 1 to 3 business days	£10* up to £500 + £10 per additional £500
Republic Of Ireland 2 to 7 business days	£10 up to 10kg + £2.5 per additional 5kg
Channel islands (Guernsey & Jersey) 1 to 5 working days	£35 up to 10kg + £5 per additional 5kg

Additional Information:

• Shipping delays, although rare, are possible. Common reasons for delays:
  - Customer in remote locations
  - Customs
  - General courier delays
  
• Shipping weight is determined by product dimensions or by weight (whichever is greater)
• Invoices do not include local import duties and taxes.
• We reserve the right to apply a dispatch and restock fee of up to the total order value against the purchase amount of any order that has not been collected for any reason. Delivery of items will also not be refunded.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• Remote or extended regions may incur additional zonal charges.
